Imagine a strong, independent, responsible single mother of three.

Imagine her working full time while going to school part time in order to make a better life for herself and her children.

Imagine one of her children with ongoing medical issues.

Imagine another one of her children being diagnosed with special needs.

Imagine the struggle when she can't get the benefits they are entitled to.

Imagine her daily challenge to balance work, education and family demands.

Imagine she never receives child support, even though it is court ordered.

Imagine her not having the resources to pursue legal action.

Imagine, even though she works hard and budgets her money, she lives “on the edge” without any wiggle room.

Imagine her embarrassment and shame the day she accepted a handout from the food bank because she had to make a choice: food for her family or the medication her child so desperately needed.

And now imagine that this woman has been working as a government employed social worker, coordinating services for others that she so desperately needed for herself.

Imagine this same individual is one of their key employees…

Stacey Jimenez was that woman. She was both the social worker and the single mom in need of social services. She was trapped in that in-between world of making too much money to receive aid, but making too little to afford legal services on her own.

The day she had to decide whether to buy food or medicine was a turning point for her. She found herself in a situation that she was so often helping others to overcome.

It was shortly thereafter when longtime friend, Paul Bucacci, introduced her to Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc., a company with a revolutionary concept built on one promise: Justice For All.

With the help of Pre-Paid Legal Services, Stacey was finally able to obtain the consistent child support her children deserved, as well as receive guidance in advocating for her child's needs within the school systems, and successfully navigate through the Social Security system to acquire her child's benefits.

Now, as Owner of Bucacci Business Solutions, LLC, an Independent Agency for Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. & Subsidiaries, Ms. Jimenez has come full circle. She helped herself so she could continue to help others.

Stacey now works to bring awareness and these same Pre-Paid Legal Services into every company as a voluntary employee benefit option to ensure her story of struggle is not repeated in the life of another.

She is an Ambassador, as well as Vice Chair for the Ambassador Committee, Co-Chair of the Business Education & Member Services Committee and a participating member of the Insurance Committee. She is also an active member of the Plainfield Business Association and the Human Resource Leadership Association. She is also currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Southeastern Connecticut Women's Network and on the Business Advisory Council for Easter Seals Capital Region & Eastern CT.
